Our Shipping & Return Policy


Shipping Method
Our standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail delivery within the continental United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc, and other international locations, we will select the most economical method available, unless a specific request to use a specific method is indicated by you when placing your order under Shipping Method.

Shipping Cost
All shipping cost noted on our site or the total shipping cost shown during check out are generally accurate but should be considered approximate. The method of shipment, the distance from the shipping point to your location, package size and weight, etc. will determine the actual shipping cost of your order. For international Orders, you will be responsible for any VAT and/or any Custom charges required by your country in addition to shipping charges.

Shipping Time
At Nitrox Lasers, we strive to complete and ship every order in as timely a manner as possible. Approximately 60% of orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. However, most of the laser pointers available for purchase through our store are custom manufactured at the time of order, thus allowing for the great diversity of products that we offer for sale. Therefore, the average time to build and ship orders is 2 to 3 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time after shipment using standard shipping methods, in the continental US, is approximately 2-3 mailing days. Some orders may take as long as 6 weeks to be delivered, depending on the specific item(s) that were ordered. The time quoted is for orders delivered within the continental United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc, and other international locations, the actual delivery times may be longer. Due to the custom-built nature of our products, Nitrox Lasers does not make any guarantees as to the availability of any given item, nor do we bear any responsibility for the items purchased after a shipment has been made. Insurance can, at the customer's discretion, be purchased during checkout to cover any potential issues that may arise while the shipment is in transit

All sales are final. Any product that has a manufacturers defect will be exchanged upon receipt of the product. Exchanges will only be made for the same or equivalent item.

Return Policy
Nitrox Lasers does not accept returned merchandise except for manufacturers defect. In the case of a defect, customer will receive (at our discretion) a new product of the same model, or the original product, repaired to specifications (see our Exchange policy). Nitrox Lasers must be notified within 5 days of receiving your order. You may request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All costs of return are the responsibility of the customer.

Most products purchased through Nitrox Lasers are covered by a 30-day diode replacement warranty, in which Nitrox Lasers will either repair or replace a laser pointer or related equipment, at its discretion, within the first 30 days after customer's receipt of such product.

Product Returns
Acceptable product returns are for manufacturer defects only and require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number in order for us to accept shipments. Shipments without Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be returned to the sender. Request for returns must be made through the Contact Us section of our web site. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number within 5 days of receipt of your order. Any engraved, customized, or custom-made products are not returnable.

The credit card originally used will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs. Your credit card will be credited when Nitrox Lasers has received and processed the returned item(s). You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your return and your credit amount. We cannot issue credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. All returned items will be examined upon receipt. If the item has no manufacturer defect we will be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the product will be shipped back to you.
